This class will focus on the fundamentals of tumbling and body positions.
LEVEL 1/2 - Beginner/Intermediate Power Tumbling (AGES 12-older)
Monday 5:00 - 6:00 AND Tuesday 4:00 - 5:00

This class will focus on the fundamentals of tumbling and body positions.
LEVEL 3 - Advanced Power Tumbling
Tuesday and Wednesday 4:30-5:30 AND Thursday 4:00-5:00
*Requirements: Standing or Round-off backhandspring
This class will focus on improving handsprings, introducing athletes to multiple handsprings, front and back tucks, as well as layouts. Multiple handsprings and round-off backhandspring back tuck are required for LEVEL 4/5.
Monday 6:00-7:00 AND Thursday 5:00-6:00
Requirements: Round-off backhandspring tuck
This class will will focus on improving standing and round-off backhandspring tucks and advance into layouts and twisting skills. If athletes are already working on fulls, we will perfect their technique, as well as introduce double fulls and tumbling combinations.
Requirements: Groups of 10 or more from your team
This is a great opportunity to be private coached as a team by our tumbling coaches. Times will be determined based on when your team can practice, along with gym availability.
